Cogir Senior Living in Santa Fe, NM, seeks a Server for our community restaurant. Deliver friendly, professional, efficient service during meals and events, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met while creating a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card with sanitation knowledge is a plus.
• 6–12 months of serving or hospitality experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly to set a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Follow dietary requirements and portion sizes; accommodate special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area before, during, and after meals.
• Communicate feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and Cogir senior living standards.
