Westmont Living, Inc. in Culver City, CA, is seeking a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team. You will provide courteous meal service to residents, uphold hygiene standards, and support a homelike environment.

Responsibilities include serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses, and maintaining a clean dining area in accordance with company policies and state regulations. Training will be provided to ensure exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Adhere to proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses).
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to company policies and state and local regulations

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents following proper etiquette.
• Clear used dishes between courses and maintain a clean dining area.
• Provide friendly, responsive service and assist residents as needed.
• Follow health and safety policies and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support the dining team to ensure a welcoming dining experience.
