Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Dining Room Server to provide high-quality meal service, ensure accurate order taking, and create a gracious environment for residents.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to relay orders to back-of-house staff, and a commitment to cleanliness; schedule includes Tue/Thu and Sat/Sun 11:00am-7:00pm, with additional PT shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in dietary department or restaurant preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Be present in dining room for full meal service.
• Assist special functions as scheduled.
• Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary environment.
• Know the specials of the day and how they are prepared and presented.
• Learn resident names, dietary needs, requests, likes and dislikes.
