Senior Living Residences’ Concord Park in Concord, MA, seeks a Dining Room Server to provide friendly service and a gourmet dining experience for our senior residents. This full-time role offers stability in a home-like environment with a strong emphasis on wellbeing and inclusion.

Available shifts include Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with pay starting at $17–$17.50 per hour based on experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, and more.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture.
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests during meal times.
• Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu.
• Set up tables for meals, clear tables, reset for future meal times.
• Maintain a clean dining environment.
