Merrill Gardens at Kirkland is hiring a Dining Room Lead to support residents in our senior living community. You will professionally serve meals, provide excellent resident service, and help maintain a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.

Dining Room Leads are responsible for:

• Professionally serving meals in our restaurant-style dining room.
• Providing a high level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
