Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at a community in the United States. You will use proper food handling techniques, take orders, serve meals, and ensure residents are satisfied.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in fine dining is preferred. We offer competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and benefits including vacation and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in fine dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses proper food handling and service techniques.
• Takes meal/drink orders and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assures resident/guest is satisfied with meals.
• Maintains knowledge of specials and describes items to residents/guests.
• Maintains clean tables and surrounding areas.
• Follows cleaning schedules.
• Assists with orientation and training of new servers.
• Follows safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Sets up and cleans the dining room and maintains standards.
• Performs opening/closing checklist criteria.
• Assists in dining room organization and supplies placement.
• Other duties as assigned.
