Oakwood Hills – Dining Services Assistant at Sonida Senior Living in Eau Claire, WI, supports chefs, ensures timely meal service, and maintains dining room and kitchen cleanliness. This role emphasizes resident care and high service standards.

You will follow safety rules, assist with orders, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for senior residents in a warm community setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food-preparation tasks as assigned.
• Maintain standards for dining services, including efficient meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen.
• Ensure meals are served to residents within the scheduled time frame.
• Report problems, concerns, and issues observed with food service and communicate them appropriately.
• Observe all work, safety, and administrative rules, including local and state requirements.

Dining Services Assistant Responsibilities Include
