Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group's Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC is seeking a dietary team member to prepare meals per resident diet specifications in an assisted living setting. You will follow dietary policies, health and sanitation rules, and work under the Food Service Director.

The position is full-time with shifts including 6:00a-2:00p, 2:00p-8:00p, and 6:00a-7:00p, with rotating weekends. Wage ranges from $13.00 to $14.00 per hour and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and community procedures.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain standards of practice.
