Bridges by EPOCH at Westford, MA is hiring a Dietary Aide/Server to join our memory care culinary team. This per diem role offers afternoon and weekend shifts in a warm, supportive community for seniors, with opportunities to grow and learn.

Pay is $16.00 per hour, walk-ins welcome, and benefits are available for full-time staff; per diem staff enjoy a respectful, stable work environment with on-site parking and training where needed.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, friendly and professional
• Must be able to follow kitchen/dining protocols to meet facility standards
• We require good communication both written and verbally
• Must be detailed oriented
• WILL TRAIN!!
• English is required
