Bethesda Senior Living Communities is seeking a dynamic Culinary Services Director to lead the culinary team in a senior living setting. You will oversee menu planning, purchasing, and service quality while ensuring nutrition and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and staff development skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction and dietary accommodations. Excellent communication and a servant leadership mindset are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with training in nutrition/food service management.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Knowledge of menu planning, food safety, and sanitation.

Responsabilidades

• Create, plan, and manage all culinary services functions in collaboration with the Executive Director.
• Maintain high standards for menu planning, food purchasing, storage, and service.
• Monitor budgets and improve food costs without compromising quality.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate culinary staff.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with all regulations.
