Linden Woods Village is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team. This role prepares meals according to cycle menus and monitors food handling and sanitation, creating a restaurant-style dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking to cycle menus and maintain food safety standards.

• Plan cooking schedules and assist in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food preparation and meal service, including nutritional snacks.
• Monitor temperature of hot and cold foods to meet established goals.
• Plan and initiate cooking schedule for food preparation to meet meal schedules.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures and maintain a clean environment.
• Assist with inventory and with receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Clean equipment and work areas as assigned.
• Follow community rules, regulations, policies, and procedures and infection control procedures.
