Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at correct temperature and appealing.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and follows safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and company policies to ensure safe, high-quality service.
