Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals according to daily menus, recipes, and residents’ dietary needs.
  • Work with your supervisor to review menus and make adjustments when needed.
  • Monitor food and supply levels and communicate ordering needs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow proper food handling, labeling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
  • Ensure meals are attractively plated and ready to serve on time.
  • Work with the dining team to provide a positive experience for residents.
