Job summary

EveryAge in High Point, NC is seeking a caring Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to join our senior living community. This full-time and part-time role supports residents with daily living activities, monitors wellbeing, and provides compassionate, patient-centered care under licensed supervision.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, CNA training, at least 3 months of experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties.
• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant training program.
• Current required in-services and certifications maintained.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Providing direct resident care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Supporting residents in maintaining independence and adapting safely to community living.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions.
• Assisting with mobility, personal care, and comfort needs.
• Documenting care according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
