Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare experience in senior living, assisted living, or related field preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and a compassionate, dependable mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care within CNA scope of practice.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Measure and document vital signs and observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
