Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate caregiver in Maryland to provide warm personal care, support and companionship to residents in Edgewater. You will assist with daily living activities and monitor changes in care needs with the nursing team.

Engagement in community programs and activities is encouraged to enhance residents' well-being. A positive attitude and HS diploma are required, with CNA/HHA/CHHA certification a plus.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA and Medication Aide is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs with Nurse updates.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
