Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Ballard in Seattle is seeking compassionate Senior Living Caregivers to support residents with daily living activities, medication management as allowed, and daily progress notes. Join a family-owned company with 30 years of commitment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception)
