Job summary

Merrill Gardens in Warner, NH seeks a compassionate Senior Living Caregiver for a full-time or part-time Day Shift to support residents with daily living activities in a welcoming, dignified community.

Responsibilities include assisting with dressing, bathing, meals, medication management as allowed by state, and daily progress notes. CNA or caregiver training and first aid/CPR within 30 days are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.
