Job summary

Glen Park Senior Living is seeking compassionate Direct Care Staff to support elderly residents and those with disabilities at our Valley Village facility. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, and participate in the facility's activities program to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Required Live-Scan clearance, CPR/First Aid certification, and TB health screening. This in-person role offers comprehensive benefits and dedicated training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Live-Scan Fingerprint Clearance is required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is required.
• Negative TB Test and Health Screening.
• In-person work location at Glen Park at Valley Village, 5527 Laurel Canyon Blvd, Valley Village, CA 91607.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting).
• Assist with meals and snacks.
• Participate in Activities Program to enhance quality of life.
• Attend monthly/quarterly in-services totaling one hour per month and twelve hours per year.
• Maintain CPR and First Aid training.
