Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience supervising and managing employees.
• Ability to effectively train staff.
• Flexibility in work schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts.
• Able to operate a PC and be proficient in MS Office programs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening, including COVID-19 PCR.
• May be required to vaccinate and participate in daily screening and PPE usage per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care and staffing to meet resident needs.
• Communicate with physicians, discharge planners, nurses, and state agencies as needed.
• Assist Health Services Director in coordinating medical, dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry care and escorts when needed.
• Participate in resident assessment programs in line with policy and regulations.
• Recruit, develop, manage and schedule Care Providers and Medication Technicians.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents and guests following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with other departments.
