Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Knowledge of liquor, wine and beer offerings.
• Good mathematics and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and work area.
• Know and communicate menu, drinks and glassware details.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests.
• Assist with inventories and weekly/monthly checks.
• Follow state liquor regulations and safety practices.
