Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in DeKalb, IL is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage admission guidelines, marketing programs, and applicant information. This role collaborates with teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents and maintains strong relationships with referral sources.

You will screen applicants, complete admissions, and address resident concerns while helping grow census and ensure a quality mix through proactive information and support.

Qualifications

• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• College degree preferred.
• Sales experience, particularly in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals is desirable.
• Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services preferred.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain admission guidelines.
