The Village at Gleannloch Farms in Spring, TX is seeking a Healthcare Liaison to lead the admissions process for a senior living health center, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents and maintaining census targets.

This role oversees sales within the assisted living and memory care neighborhoods and serves as the primary liaison between referral sources, families, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years admissions, intake, or case management in senior living/healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and insurance requirements related to admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process from inquiry through move-in.
• Evaluate and approve residents based on clinical, financial, and operational criteria.
• Maintain CRM/EMR records and regulatory documentation.
