Job summary

Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge, NJ seeks a Part-Time Lifestyle & Hospitality Assistant to support meaningful resident experiences. The role focuses on planning engaging activities, fostering social interaction, and delivering hospitality with a warm, welcoming approach.

You will work approximately 28 hours per week with every-other-weekend/evening shifts, collaborating with the Lifestyle & Hospitality team to tailor programs to residents' interests and preferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with older adults or in senior living preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, compassionate and service-oriented.
• Organized and dependable with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

• Evening and every-other-weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement recreational and lifestyle programs.
• Encourage resident participation and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Identify residents' interests to tailor programming.
• Provide personalized assistance during programs and events.
• Promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
• Assist with community events and special programs.
• Maintain program materials and records.
• Coordinate with team and other departments.
