Bonaventure of Keizer is hiring an Activity Coordinator to lead daily resident activities and support event planning at our senior living community in Keizer, Oregon. This role offers paid training and no prior experience required, with a focus on making daily life engaging for residents.

You will help onboard new residents, coordinate meetings, and plan community activities, contributing to a fun, respectful environment and quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• Creative and energetic personality.
• English language required.
• CPR Certification preferred; must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead resident activities throughout the day.
• Assist in planning events for the community.
• Assist onboarding of new residents.
• Coordinate resident meetings and plan community activities.
• Role may be referred to as Activity Director or similar titles in other firms.
