Job summary

Marsh's Edge is seeking an Activity Director to lead Life Enrichment programs, coordinate a wide range of activities, and collaborate with the Social Director to expand community offerings. You will recruit and train volunteers, maintain calendars, and ensure programming meets residents' interests and needs with safety and HIPAA considerations.

This role requires CPR/AED, an activities certification is a plus, and a four-year degree in recreation therapy or a related field.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required (to be attained within 60 days).
• Activities certification desired.
• Four year college or university degree in Recreation Therapy or similar field desired.

Responsibilities

• Represent the campus positively and foster safe, respectful environments.
• Develop and update monthly activity calendars and oversee programming.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to assist with activities for the Healthcare Department.
