Job summary

The Residence at Charles Meadow in Millis, MA is seeking a part-time Engagement Assistant to support residents with daily activities, transportation, and social programs.

Responsibilities include planning and expanding activities, coordinating volunteer programs, assisting with newsletters, and transporting residents as needed. Requires a positive, caring demeanor and ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule; wage is $18.75–$21.25 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in recreational activities or related field preferred.
• Gerontology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing residence activities.
• Support transportation arrangements and escorts for residents.
• Assist with newsletters and monthly calendars.
• Drive residents in a van as needed.
• Maintain volunteer programs and store operations.
