Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant / Driver in Savannah, GA. This role supports the Life Enrichment Director by designing and implementing resident programs for Independent Living and Assisted Living, while also providing safe transportation for residents.

The position is approximately 50% activities and programming and 50% driving, requiring a flexible schedule, strong communication, and a passion for working with seniors.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible, imaginative, and engaging with a passion for working with seniors.
• 1–3 years of experience in senior living, activities, transportation, hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, plan, and implement monthly activities and programs based on wellness dimensions and resident interests.
• Lead and facilitate engaging resident programs throughout the day.
• Survey residents to identify interests and satisfaction with programming.
• Coordinate calendars, events, outings, supplies, and activities with the Life Enrichment team.
• Safely transport residents in the community vehicle to shopping trips, appointments, and activities.
• Maintain vehicles, logs, and documentation for transportation activities.
