Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing activities for residents, such as arts and crafts, exercise classes, and social events
• Develop and maintain knowledge of residents' interests, abilities, and needs to create tailored activity programs
• Engage with residents one-on-one and in group settings to promote socialization and foster a sense of community
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to ensure a smooth and successful activity program
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules
• Perform other related duties as needed to support the Activities department
