Responsibilities

• Adapt programming to accommodate varying interests, abilities, and cognitive levels.
• Monitor participation and continuously improve programs based on resident feedback.
• Lead activity staff and volunteers; collaborate with nursing, therapy, social services, dietary, and other departments.
• Support resident council meetings and family engagement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
