Oakmont Management Group is seeking an Activity Director for Ivy Park at Lake Merritt in Oakland, CA. The role oversees programming, budgeting, scheduling, and promoting activities to enhance residents' independence and quality of life.

The position requires driving ability, a 21+ age threshold, a high school diploma, and a background check. Attractive benefits and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days are offered.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires current Class C license; Class B or C with Passenger Endorsement preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience planning activities and evaluating resident needs.
• Prefer 1 year supervising employees/volunteers.
• Schedule flexibility including holidays/evenings/weekends.
• Proficient in MS Office and PC use.
