AdviniaCare is seeking a dynamic Activities Coordinator to lead and encourage residents to join in meaningful events while maintaining independence, choice, and dignity in a home setting. The role requires organizing daily activities, coordinating staff and volunteers, and ensuring residents enjoy a vibrant daily life within the community.

The position supports residents’ well-being, with a focus on meaningful engagement, safety, and quality of life in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and certain certifications may be required.
• Experience with nursing, recreational activities, event planning, or related may be preferred.
• Job training
• First aid and CPR training
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Create and handle the logistics for daily events.
• Speak to participants and manage employees and volunteers.
• Lift residents' spirits and ensure they enjoy their time while presiding at the home
