Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking an Activities Assistant (Part-Time) to create enjoyable experiences for our residents and encourage participation in arts and wellness activities. Pay starts at $17.50-$18.50/hour with room to earn more based on experience.

The role supports a team with consistent shifts 9:00am–5:00pm, alternating weekends and holidays off, and a strong benefits package including insurance, retirement, PTO and ongoing training.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior experience in group socialization or recreational programs preferred but not required.
• Energetic and personable leadership style; positive, enthusiastic, creative.

Responsabilidades

• Generate ideas for new and favorite experiences.
• Drive residents’ interest in a dynamic lifestyle to promote a sense of pride and purpose.
• Venture out with residents to theaters, museums, sporting events, restaurants, special destinations and more.
• Team up with the Activities Coordinator and/or Associate in preparing and planning on and offsite events and activities.
• Guide volunteers to create meaningful impact.
• Promote a positive, enthusiastic environment to motivate resident engagement.
