Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence.
• High School diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• State-approved CNA training or competency evaluation required (may be provided by community).

Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging, age-appropriate activities for residents.
