Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to adapt and work as part of a team.
  • Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Operate broadcast equipment and perform Technical Directing functions.
  • Build and maintain effects for productions and coordinate with the TD team.
  • Lead training programs and staff development initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on equipment status and working conditions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate resolutions effectively.
  • Coordinate with control room and other units for seamless productions.
