Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex live broadcasts and large-scale productions.
• Extensive knowledge of live television production, field operations and remote broadcast logistics.
• Exceptional project management with ability to lead multiple high-profile productions.
• Proven experience managing production budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production planning and execution for live broadcasts, breaking news coverage, political events, and special productions.
• Partner with senior leadership, editorial, technical, and external stakeholders to execute complex productions and events.
• Manage domestic and international remote productions with on-site leadership and oversight.
• Develop and manage production plans, schedules, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and logistics workflows.
• Conduct site surveys, venue walkthroughs, and pre-production meetings to evaluate requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, catering, accommodations, credentialing and all on-site logistics.
• Oversee budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, PO tracking and cost reconciliation.
• Build relationships with vendors, venues, production partners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop contingency plans and resolve operational challenges in high-pressure environments.
