Qualifications

• Arizona Bar member in good standing.
• 6+ years in civil litigation and/or insurance defense with substantial first-chair trial and arbitration experience.
• Proven track record with depositions, discovery, motions practice, and court appearances.
• Insurance defense background preferred across auto, GL, med mal, PI, etc.
• Existing book of business or strong business development track record is a plus.
• Wants to win for clients and lead a team that does the same.

Responsibilities

• Lead cases from discovery through trial and appeal, with first-chair status.
• Argue motions, try cases before juries/arbitrators, and manage teams.
• Mentor junior trial lawyers and help grow the practice.
• Develop and expand client relationships and your personal book of business.
