Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate, Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience in litigation, labor & employment, collections, or related legal practice areas.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently while balancing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and transactional projects from inception through resolution.
• Review case files proactively, identify deadlines, discovery obligations, and strategic case needs.
• Develop case timelines, factual chronologies, and comprehensive case summaries to support litigation strategy.
• Prepare deposition summaries, witness files, and trial preparation materials.
• Assist attorneys with trial, arbitration, mediation, and hearing preparation.
• Organize exhibits and coordinate the preparation of trial and hearing binders.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research utilizing legal databases, public records, and other resources.
• Draft legal research memoranda, summaries, and analytical reports for attorney review.
• Perform cite-checking and ensure accuracy in filings and documents.
