Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with 3–4+ years of litigation paralegal experience supporting complex matters.
• Leadership-minded with demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members, coordinate workloads, and serve as a resource across multiple cases.
• Extensive experience supporting all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, witness preparation, court filings, and trial.
• Proficiency with litigation technologies and ability to adapt to new tools and AI-assisted research.

Responsibilities

• Lead case management across the full litigation lifecycle from intake to trial preparation and final resolution.
• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, correspondence, and exhibits
• Organize and maintain case files and document management systems, improving processes for efficiency
• Conduct factual investigations and legal research using legal research platforms and public sources
• Prepare attorneys and witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial with bound materials and exhibits
• Coordinate on-site trial support including courtroom logistics and evidence tracking
• Supervise, coordinate, and delegate work to junior paralegals and support staff across large matters
