The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paralegal litigation experience, strong MS Office skills, and proficiency with case management software. A team-friendly, deadline-driven professional is essential for success.

Formación

• College degree or comparable paralegal experience; ABA certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal litigation support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with various case document management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communications and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Produce work in a high-stress environment.
• Support closing of cases and maximize settlements for clients.
• Answer phone lines as needed.
• Assist with all phases of pre-litigation and litigation.
• Manage litigation deadlines and respond to subpoenas.
• Draft discovery.
