Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as a litigation paralegal with Personal Injury discovery and full-cycle case management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee discovery management: drafting and responding to requests, coordinating document production, and privilege logs.
• Assist with litigation support: research, deposition prep, trial prep, and post-trial filings.
• Manage case oversight: organize files, calendars, and deadlines across cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys, teams, and outside counsel to ensure timely, accurate handling.
• Maintain litigation records and correspondence in compliance with standards.
