Job summary

Archer Aviation is seeking an experienced Senior-level paralegal to support our Litigation team in Silicon Valley. You will lead e-discovery, manage investigations, and coordinate deadlines across a varied docket.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of paralegal experience with complex e-discovery. You will partner with in-house counsel, business teams, and outside counsel while helping optimize litigation workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with complex e-discovery and multiple types of litigation such as patent, general, employment, and investigations.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in the face of ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Support e-discovery from preservation through production, including workflows.
• Assist with investigations to support litigation matters across the company.
• Help manage budgets, forecasts, and invoice reviews.
• Assist with litigation-related scheduling and coordination, including witness interviews and tracking deadlines across the docket.
• Help track litigation analytics, trends, and spend to inform strategy and resources.
• Design, test, and implement AI-enabled workflows to streamline litigation tasks.
• Build and document repeatable processes, playbooks, and templates.
