Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation in a wide range of matters. The role requires strong organization, proactive work, and collaboration with attorneys, clients, experts, and court personnel.

The candidate will manage discovery, prepare filings, coordinate case schedules, and maintain organized case files, while performing legal research and assisting with pretrial, trial, and post-trial tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ABA-approved paralegal certification or an associate’s degree in paralegal studies.
• 5 years of litigation paralegal experience with understanding of all stages of a case.
• Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms, litigation support databases, legal research tools, and legal billing practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all phases of discovery, including document collection, organization, review, logging, production, and compliance.
• Prepare, file, and serve court documents including routine filings, notices, motions, and subpoenas in federal and state courts.
• Coordinate and manage case schedules, hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and expert witness communications.
• Maintain organized case files, litigation databases, witness lists, exhibits, and trial materials.
• Support pretrial, trial, and post-trial preparation, filings, and courtroom logistics.
