Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in managing commercial litigation matters and portfolios through all phases.
• Assist with day-to-day case management, organize case files, track deadlines, and prepare materials.
• Organize pleadings, discovery materials, correspondence, exhibits, and other documents.
• Support all phases of discovery, including collection, review, organization, production, and tracking.
• Prepare and format routine legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Assist with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation and coordination.
• Maintain litigation databases and document management systems (Relativity or similar).
• Assist with electronic filings in Delaware state and federal courts, including Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Conduct fact-checking and citation review; use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and support workflows.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff while managing priorities and adapting to new processes.
