• 5+ years as Litigation Paralegal.
• Familiarity with Federal and State filing rules and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime to meet deadlines.
• Experience organizing pleadings and calendars, and drafting legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Organize and electronically file pleadings.
• Coordinate and schedule calendars.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other requests, as needed.
