Job summary

Arnold & Porter is seeking two Senior Litigation Docket Clerks to join its New York office. The role provides critical docketing, e-filing, and administrative support to the Managing Attorney and department, requiring professionalism and client service skills.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with specific shift options, and overtime may be required. The base salary ranges from $64,720 to $81,000, depending on qualifications and location; a discretionary bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of three years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
• Experience with docketing/calendaring systems and electronic filing (CM/ECF) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the docketing system and record litigation filings and deadlines.
• Provide e-filing support through PACER/CM/ECF and other systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date litigation dockets.
• Support the Managing Attorney’s Office and related staff.
• Prepare and distribute departmental communications and reports.
• Create and maintain department files, databases, and data entry with accuracy.
• Process and track invoices for Finance & Accounting.
• Assist in developing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures.
