This role reports directly to executive leadership and serves as a senior litigation authority responsible for dispute strategy, litigation oversight, asset recovery coordination, enterprise defense, investigative legal operations, and complex multi-jurisdictional legal matters across all KFO entities and affiliated operations.
The ideal candidate combines institutional-caliber litigation expertise with strong operational instincts and the ability to navigate sophisticated litigation, regulatory, investigative, and transactional environments involving private capital, enterprise structuring, and high-value counterparties.
KFO is seeking a litigation executive capable of operating as both strategic legal operator and enterprise defender - someone respected for precision, discretion, negotiation strength, litigation oversight, and aggressive but disciplined execution in high-stakes matters.
