Plunket Cooney, a respected Indianapolis firm, seeks a seasoned Litigation Attorney to support and grow its downtown office. The role offers significant client contact and a variety of cases in state and federal courts.

The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of defense litigation experience, courtroom proficiency in Indiana, and a strong track record in research, writing, and oral advocacy. Indiana Bar admission and a JD from an ABA-accredited school are required.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense matters.
• Courtroom experience in Indiana state and/or federal court, preferably in defense matters.
• Knowledge of Indiana Trial Rules, local rules and court procedures.
• Strong commitment to professional excellence and ongoing development.
• Ability to grow a client base and expand existing relationships.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; Admission to the Indiana Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities
