Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in construction defect and/or general liability / personal injury.
• JD degree and active CA bar license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical skills.
• Persuasion and negotiation abilities with clients and opponents.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and high personal ethics; administrative experience preferred.
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with legal software.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on legal strategy and provide case support.
• Prepare and organize case files and trial briefs.
• Draft, review, and file contracts, memos, and motions.
• Review discovery documents and plan action steps.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate case status regularly.
