Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from initial stages through resolution and trial.
• Draft persuasive motions, responses, pleadings, briefs, and other sophisticated legal documents.

• Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Location:

Lake Oswego, Oregon. This position begins on-site for approximately the first three months of training, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule afterward. Candidates must remain local and available to commute to the Lake Oswego office for mandatory meetings, trials, firm events, and other in-person responsibilities.

Note:

Active Oregon State Bar membership is required. We are seeking an experienced litigator with 5+ years of relevant litigation experience, exceptional legal writing and briefing skills, and the ability to manage sophisticated matters. Plaintiff-side and trial experience are strongly preferred. Attorneys coming from in-house or solo practice may be considered and are not expected to bring a book of business or existing cases.
